By accessing or using the DVC Rental Network LLC website (the “Site”) or any services offered by DVC Rental Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

DVC Rental Network LLC is an independent reservation facilitation company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company, Disney Vacation Club, Disney Destinations, or any Disney-owned entity. All Disney-related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Our service connects Disney Vacation Club Members/Owners with Guests seeking accommodations. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any resort property. All reservation-specific terms are governed by the Renter Agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or making a payment. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

All quotes are estimates based on point availability at the time of inquiry and are not guaranteed until a contracted Owner confirms availability and the deposit is received. Prices, availability, and resort details are subject to change without notice.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of DVC Rental Network LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to collect data from the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

The Site and our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVC Rental Network LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to the Company. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to airfare, theme park tickets, lost wages, emotional distress, or trip interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DVC Rental Network LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
